Baby Room Art There is still however many other options for decorating a babies room coming from the classical arts. Such classical works of art that have survived have done so because they are beautiful or speak to humans in some way, and so such works of art are a perfect fit for decorating your child’s room. Works of art by Degas, Renoir, Leighton, and even artists like Raphael or Van Gogh could add a unique splash of color and sophistication to your kids room. When choosing a painting its important to keep in mind that it should work with the existing color scheme in your child’s room this does not mean that it should be the same color as the wall it is hanging on. Rather when choosing a piece of art to hang on the nursery wall one should look at whether the work would blend out of site, if one places a blue painting on blue walls for example there is this risk. You should also try to look at if the color fits in a traditional color scheme being complimentary or triadic to the color of the walls. In the case of a purely complimentary color one should be careful as such schemes can be overwhelming if the colors are too strong. Here are some ideas for useing specific works as Nursery Wall Art |
